Lectric eBikes (our tour bikes)

Our ebikes are low-step-through electric bike, which means it is easy to mount and comfortable to ride! The ebikes have pedal assist and throttle power and with it's wide tires can go off-road!  The best thing about our bikes are you can choose how much pedal assistance you'd like, so you can get a workout or relax and let the motor do the work for you.

Participation Requirements

• In Virginia, the age to operate electric bikes is 16 years old.

• Participates should already have experience riding a bike.

• Our suggested minimum height is 4'8 feet tall to operate the bike.

• The weight limit for the ebike is 300 lbs.

• While we do not require previous history of riding an electric bike, guests must be able to confidently ride a standard bike and be able to push a 60lbs bike, if necessary. If it has been a while since you've been on a bike, we highly recommend you practice, before you pick up a rental ebike.

• We will offer demo rides before the tour or rental. If there is an issue riding you will not be able to go out. 

• All participants must sign a waiver before they get on an ebike.

Note: Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in with your guide, sign your waiver, select your bike and begin the group instructions and practice ride.

Tours and Rentals take place weather permitting:

• If the weather is questionable, the tour guide will contact you at least 1 hour before the tour to discuss your options.

• We will still ride in very light rain, but for your safety and enjoyment, we do not ride in heavy rain, thunderstorms or snow. In the case of a tour being canceled due to weather, we are happy to offer a 100% refund or exchange your booking for another day.
